Refund and cancellation policy

Please check the event date, venue and ticket category before booking. For a booking error, cancellation or refund request, contact the organiser through the website contact page and include your booking reference. If the organiser cancels the event, ticket holders will be contacted with the refund process. If the event is postponed or materially changed, ticket holders will be notified of the new details and available options, including any applicable refund. Other refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; processing times depend on the payment provider. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel or refund a ticket. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
